Located in the Chinese Bunkhouse in the Britannia Heritage Shipyard site at 5180 Westwater Drive Richmond BC.
At the intersection of Steveston Highway and Railway Avenue (opposite O'Hare's Irish pub) drive south on Railway Avenue until it crosses over Moncton Street. You will see the school grounds. Britannia is directly behind the school grounds on the river's edge. Turn right at Westwater Drive and follow the horseshoe road around the apartment buildings to Britannia.
